…to “THE MERRY BAKER”, a small, specialist bakery owned by Merry and Nigel Fairhead, located most conveniently for both the boating community in and around Port Louis Marina, as well as the surrounding residential areas.

Our special products have a different taste to the run of the mill products found on the island, thanks to a South African influence, as well as our closely guarded mix formulae. We look forward to meeting you over the counter or at one of our Friday “Build a Burger” days, and trust that you will enjoy every purchase made in our shop.
